In the wake of Hurricane Helene, Reverend Arnold McCoggle and his wife returned home to a devastating scene. A tree had crashed through their bedroom, leaving their trailer in ruins. With his wife managing a chronic health condition, the couple found themselves confined to the front half of their home, relying on a temporary path to reach their bathroom.
CORE’s dedicated team stepped in, tarping part of their home, removing debris, and making their living space more habitable. But there’s still a long road ahead for the McCoggles and for many families in the region.
This holiday season, so many families like the McCoggles aren’t dreaming of presents or festive meals – they’re simply hoping for a safe, solid roof over their heads. Time is running out to make that dream a reality. But your support can help provide that hope and security.
