As Vice President of CORE’s Finance & Accounting team, Jen Quinn leads a team of professionals specialized in finance, accounting, audit, insurance, and payroll. The team works closely with other departments to oversee fiscal activities and ensure compliance. Since joining CORE, Jen and her team have been working on a series of critical initiatives, including improving our audit processes and technological infrastructure with robust tools to strengthen CORE’s financial reporting and compliance.  

Prior to pursuing her passion for humanitarian work full-time, Jen developed her expertise in finance, investments, and lending working for large banks and credit unions, such as Mission National Bank, the Justice department credit union, and Global Fund. Before joining CORE in 2022, Jen served as CFO for over 20 years for banks, startups, and NGOs.  

Outside of her work with CORE, Jen enjoys spending her time volunteering at community events and being a member of other nonprofits focused on climate, food, water, and the environment.
