Jérôme Lebleu, is President and Chief Operating Officer of CORE, overseeing programs, finance, HR, logistics, and IT for CORE’s humanitarian, public health, climate change adaptation, and community resilience programs. Before serving in his current role, Mr. Lebleu spent eight years in a variety of roles at Global Communities, working in Asia, Africa, and Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to that, he worked as a Program Coordinator for the International Organization for Migration in the Dominican Republic to help fight human trafficking and protect the rights of Haitian migrants. Mr. Lebleu received his Master’s in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
